TECHNICAL PREPARATION

Precision spinning for high-performance looms.

We process raw silk into structurally consistent, spindle-wound filaments engineered to withstand the mechanical stress of high-speed industrial weaving.

THE THREE STAGES

Preserving natural filament integrity

Our rigorous preparation sequence aligns long-staple fibers and monitors tensile consistency at every spindle to ensure flawless performance on luxury looms.

01. Preparation & Cocoon Softening

We gently soften raw cocoons under controlled thermal conditions, respecting the natural sericin structure to preserve the fiber's inherent luster and tensile strength before spinning.

02. Advanced Combing & Alignment

Our high-precision combing machinery aligns the long-staple silk filaments, eliminating short fibers and impurities to establish an unbroken, high-tensile core.

03. Spindle-Wound Electronic Monitoring

During winding, electronic sensors track denier precision and tensile consistency in real time, automatically isolating any structural anomaly to guarantee uniform fiber delivery.

Every spindle-wound cone is documented with technical data sheets, verifying its structural readiness for high-speed industrial weaving.
